Fast-fashion giant Shein will begin trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange on September 1st. The long-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) will value the company at approximately US$27 billion. Shein plans to offer 280 million shares, priced between HK$47.60 and HK$49.50 each. This move could raise up to HK$13.86 billion (US$1.7 billion) for the online retailer.
