The Baccalaureate Office of Senegal has issued a red alert regarding fraudulent activities targeting candidates, their parents, and its own staff. The institution is warning the public about individuals operating near its offices offering “administrative facilitation” for money, or engaging in other forms of fraud and scams. The Baccalaureate Office emphasizes that no intermediaries are authorized to act on its behalf, and all requests for diplomas, transcripts, or duplicates must be made exclusively online. Payments should only be processed through official digital channels, with cash payments strictly prohibited. Documents obtained through falsification will be considered null and void, subjecting holders to administrative, disciplinary, and criminal sanctions. The office urges citizens to utilize only official channels and report any attempted or witnessed fraud to its agents immediately.
