Initial results from the technical baccalaureate exam in Kaolack, Senegal, released Monday, indicate a significant first-round pass rate. Of the 263 students who took the exam, 96 were granted automatic admission. The results also revealed 4 students earned “Good” honors and 18 received “Fairly Good” honors. An additional 108 candidates are eligible to proceed to the second round of testing, offering them another opportunity to achieve their diploma. Those not meeting the passing threshold after the first round will not advance. These results mark the beginning of the release of technical baccalaureate scores across the region.
