A man was arrested in Grand-Dakar, Senegal, after performing what authorities described as mystical rituals in a public space. Pape Moussa Fall allegedly broke eggs and poured water onto the road following a Senegal-France football match, disrupting traffic flow. Witnesses reported the actions appeared to be part of a ritualistic practice. Police intervened after receiving reports of obstruction and took Fall into custody. He claimed the ritual was intended to ensure a Senegalese victory in their upcoming match against Norway. Following questioning, Fall was cautioned by police and subsequently released.
