The director of the newly opened Sanatoria Pálava rehabilitation institute near Brno, Antonín Vodák, has unexpectedly resigned. This departure occurs just weeks after the facility’s ceremonial launch and as preparations finalize for accepting its first patients. Vodák had held the position for approximately one year. The €30 million (800 million CZK) institute is considered a unique facility of its kind. The reason for Vodák’s sudden resignation remains undisclosed.
