The Rīga City Council has announced official venues for the upcoming Midsummer celebrations. Three specific locations have been designated for the celebrations: Grīziņkalns Park, Dzegužkalns, and the Green Theatre in Mežaparks. These venues provide urban alternatives to the traditional rural Latvian Midsummer experience. The city aims to provide accessible celebration spaces for all attendees.
