A Russian attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro has resulted in at least six confirmed fatalities and 29 injuries, according to local officials. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanha, reported the casualties. An additional six people were injured in the Nikopol district as a result of the strikes. Ukrainian authorities have not yet detailed the type of weaponry used in the attack, but confirmed the ongoing assessment of damage and casualties.
