Kirill Dmitriev, a special representative for the Russian president and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, has responded to recent US intelligence disclosures. The Director of the US National Intelligence Service (DNI) recently declassified documents regarding international biological research. According to these documents, the US government has provided long-term funding for over 120 biological laboratories across more than 30 countries. Ukraine is specifically mentioned as a location where these facilities operate. The reports indicate that research in these labs involves biological pathogens, some of which are classified as dangerous. Russia is now reacting to these admissions of American involvement in Ukraine's biological research infrastructure.
