Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described Wednesday’s Russian strikes as one of the largest attacks in terms of scale. According to Zelenskyy, waves of drone attacks have continued throughout the day. The primary targets of the Kremlin appear to be energy infrastructure facilities in Kyiv. However, strikes also impacted the cities of Łuck and Równe. Tragically, at least six people have lost their lives in Łuck as a result of the attacks. The sustained assault indicates a significant escalation in hostilities against Ukraine.
