Romania’s National Agency of Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has launched a large-scale online auction of assets belonging to the state-owned railway freight company, CFR Marfă. The auction will be held on ANAF’s own platform and includes a substantial number of items. Specifically, over 13,000 railcars and 600 locomotives are among the assets to be sold. According to ANAF Deputy General Secretary Mironel Panțuroiu, the goal is a rapid sale of assets valued in the billions of lei.
