The phones, collectively valued at approximately €150,000, were primarily taken from attendees at the Primavera Sound music festival in Barcelona. Police nicknamed the suspect “the donkey” (“catâr” in Romanian) due to the quantity of devices he was carrying. The arrest occurred during a routine police operation.
