The Romanian Ministry of Finance has announced the implementation of 11 programs funded through the second Swiss Contribution. These initiatives represent a total value of approximately 221.5 million Swiss francs, exceeding 1.2 billion lei. The process is already underway, with initial reimbursement requests totaling over 4.5 million lei already submitted. Additional requests are currently undergoing the certification process. Financial officials expect the largest disbursements to occur between 2027 and 2028. This funding aims to support various developmental projects across the country. The Ministry continues to monitor the certification and payment phases.
