A fire broke out Thursday morning in a filtration facility within an industrial complex in Prostějov, Czech Republic. Firefighters from three units responded to the blaze and successfully extinguished it. As a precautionary measure, sixty individuals were evacuated from the area. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The fire caused an estimated 1.5 million Czech crowns (approximately $65,000 USD) in damages. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the fire.
