A commission in Prague is considering renaming the future terminal station of the Metro D line. Currently known as “Depo Písnice” as a working title, the station may be renamed “Prameny.” The recommendation came from the city’s geographical commission last week. City Councilor Tomáš Hrdinka announced the potential change, noting the station will be located in Prague 4. The final decision rests with the city council. The change aims to provide a more suitable and representative name for the future transport hub on Prague's southern outskirts. This renaming is occurring during the construction phase of the new Metro D line.
