A scandal is unfolding in Poland regarding alleged preferential treatment at a public hospital. A so-called “VIP lounge” has come under scrutiny after accusations surfaced that individuals were circumventing standard waiting lists by using their political party affiliations. Prime Minister Morawiecki has promised political accountability for anyone found to have exploited the system for special services. Member of Parliament Dorota Łoboda, from the Civic Coalition (KO), stated there is no justification for bypassing queues using party credentials. Łoboda herself confirmed she has not personally utilized the hospital’s VIP facilities. The situation has sparked public outrage and calls for a thorough investigation into potential abuses of power within the healthcare system. The controversy was discussed during an interview on the Wirtualna Polska program "Tłit".
