A police vehicle was involved in a traffic accident at the intersection of Vogts gate and Christian Michelsens gate in Oslo’s Torshov district while responding to an emergency call. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and required towing. Authorities have notified the Special Unit for Police Matters as standard procedure following such incidents. An initial investigation will be conducted by the police’s accident patrol, with the possibility of the case being transferred to the Special Unit. The cause of the collision remains unclear at this time. The driver of the civilian vehicle is being examined by medical personnel. Traffic disruptions are expected in the area until the vehicles are removed and the scene is cleared.
