197 health workers from West New Britain Province have been officially integrated into the national public service of Papua New Guinea. This transition follows the completion of a four-day induction course held in Kimbe. The WNB Provincial Health Authority employees’ training was funded by a K400,000 investment. The induction aimed to prepare the workers for their new roles and responsibilities within the national system. This move strengthens the national healthcare workforce and improves service delivery across the province.
