Papua New Guinea’s Deputy Prime Minister John Rosso has made history as the first current Member of Parliament to graduate from the Advanced Diploma in Government Leadership and Management program at the Somare Institute of Leadership and Governance (SILAG). Rosso was one of 2,014 graduates recognized for achievements in fields including Public Service and Human Resource Management.
