Phu Quoc is developing a large-scale complex of structures to host APEC 2027, prominently featuring the APEC Conference and Exhibition Center and a multi-purpose Performing Arts Center. These buildings are designed to meet rigorous requirements for functionality, technical specifications, and international event organization. Beyond practical considerations, the structures are intended to become new architectural icons for Phu Quoc. The designs aim to convey Vietnamese identity, local scenery, and the legend of the Dragon Children of the Fairies through contemporary design language. The projects signify Phu Quoc’s preparations to welcome international delegates and showcase its unique cultural heritage. These venues are expected to leave a lasting legacy long after the APEC summit concludes.
