A recent survey reveals a strong desire among Greek workers to have pets present in the workplace. Nearly two-thirds (67%) of Greek respondents indicated they would consider changing jobs to secure a position allowing them to bring their pets to work. The study highlights a widespread belief in the positive impact of animals on the work environment, with 87% perceiving pets as contributing to a calmer atmosphere. A significant 83% also believe that having pets nearby actively reduces stress levels throughout the workday. These findings suggest a growing demand for pet-friendly workplace policies in Greece, reflecting a broader trend recognizing the benefits of animal companionship for employee wellbeing. The research underscores the potential for businesses to attract and retain talent by accommodating pet owners.
