The initiative seeks to preserve the collective memory of SJL, making it publicly accessible. The platform will organize and disseminate cultural assets, effectively creating a digital home for the district’s history. This project addresses a need for accessible cultural preservation in a rapidly growing urban area. The platform’s launch was reported by Lima Gris, a local news outlet. It represents a collaborative effort to document and celebrate the identity of a significant part of Lima. The initiative highlights the growing role of citizen-led projects in preserving Peruvian cultural heritage.
