The National Institute of Radio and Television of Peru (IRTP) is facing renewed scrutiny following allegations made by the workers' union. Fernando Durand Pajuelo, the union secretary, claims that institutional director Cinthia Ramírez Santillana and General Manager Jorge Suárez Rivero have failed to comply with a favorable labor ruling from the Supreme Court. Furthermore, Durand Pajuelo has raised concerns regarding the IRTP’s new headquarters in Jesús María, citing unfavorable safety and operational reports regarding the building. These reports allegedly highlight adverse conditions within the facility. The union’s complaints add to ongoing issues within the IRTP. This matter was first reported by Lima Gris.
