Fernando Durand Pajuelo, the union secretary, claims that institutional director Cinthia Ramírez Santillana and General Manager Jorge Suárez Rivero have failed to comply with a favorable labor ruling from the Supreme Court. Furthermore, Durand Pajuelo has raised concerns regarding the IRTP’s new headquarters in Jesús María, citing unfavorable safety and operational reports regarding the building.
