Peru’s National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) has finished processing the vast majority of voting records from the recent presidential runoff election. As of today, 99.033% of the tally sheets have been registered without issue. Remaining records are currently with the Special Electoral Jury (JEE) for review. The JEE’s assessment of these pending documents will ultimately determine the final outcome of the election. The ONPE confirmed completion of processing all received records without objections. This signals the final stage of determining the next president of Peru. The official announcement awaits the JEE’s conclusions.
