EADEPRO Development is constructing Perak’s first solar-powered green township, Klemeru South, located in Ipoh’s Klebang-Meru corridor. The development will feature net-zero ready homes equipped with 6kWp solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and infrastructure prepared for electric vehicles. A key benefit of the project is a new direct link road designed to drastically reduce travel time between Klebang and Meru from 30 minutes to just 5 minutes. Klemeru South aims to provide residents with eco-friendly living and convenient access to key areas. This project builds upon EADEPRO’s existing Klemeru development, leveraging their established experience in the region. The initiative signifies a move towards sustainable urban planning in Perak, with each home designed to generate its own power.
