More than 60,000 Bangladeshi pilgrims have returned to Bangladesh after completing the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, according to the latest report from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Tragically, 54 Bangladeshi citizens died while performing Hajj this year. Of those who have returned, 4,319 traveled under the government scheme, while 56,269 utilized private tour operators.
