More than 52,491 Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims have returned to Bangladesh aboard 123 flights from Saudi Arabia following the completion of the annual pilgrimage. According to the Hajj bulletin, 4,289 pilgrims returned through government arrangements, while 48,202 utilized private tour operators. Tragically, 49 Bangladeshi citizens have died in Saudi Arabia during Hajj, either before or after completing the religious rites. Of the deceased, 33 were men and 16 were women.
