Ronald Otile and Rodel Gaita are currently tied for the lead after the first day of the MTN Pro Tee golf tournament in Entebbe, Uganda. Otile showcased a strong performance, achieving five birdies across holes 5, 12, 13, 15, and 18, despite a single bogey on the 14th hole. This performance resulted in a score of 4-under par 67, placing him in a competitive position. Gaita matched Otile's score, also finishing at 4-under par 67, resulting in the two golfers sharing the lead. The tournament, held in Entebbe, continues with further rounds expected to bring further competition. Otile’s strong showing indicates he is becoming increasingly comfortable with his Mizuno clubs.
