The Opava basketball team secured a 92:82 victory against Plzeň, but their performance remained unconvincing in their fifth home game of the season. Despite defeating what is currently the league’s weakest team, Opava struggled throughout the majority of the match, only pulling ahead in the final quarter. Players acknowledge they are not performing with sufficient effort and consistency. This inconsistency continues to plague the team’s overall performance in the domestic league. The win, while positive, highlights underlying issues that need addressing for future games. Opava will need to demonstrate greater resolve and effort to consistently deliver stronger performances.
