Ten cosmetics companies from North Chungcheong Province successfully secured a $6.28 million (approximately 9 billion won) export contract in Vietnam following a recent trade show. The deal, resulting from 153 consultations, signifies a significant win for the region’s beauty industry. Chungcheongbuk-do province actively supported the companies' participation in the Vietnamese export consultation event. This agreement is poised to boost the local economy and enhance the presence of Korean cosmetics in the Southeast Asian market. Officials believe this success will pave the way for further trade opportunities between North Chungcheong Province and Vietnam.
