Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) has completed and transferred ownership of the Bukit Chupak Water Treatment Plant in Gua Musang, Kelantan, to Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd (AKSB). The project cost RM70.76 million. The handover, which occurred yesterday, aims to improve water supply infrastructure in the region. The new plant is expected to enhance water treatment capacity and reliability for local residents. AKSB will now be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility. This investment represents a significant step towards addressing water needs in Gua Musang and surrounding areas. The completion signifies a key milestone in improving Kelantan’s water management system.
