A new Imart branch, branded “UG Expo,” is slated to open in Ulaanbaatar in the third quarter of 2026 as part of a strategic partnership between Imart (Sky Hypermarket LLC) and Urgan Group. The collaboration aims to create a centralized hub for consumer goods and daily necessities within Urgan Group’s developing district. This new location will contribute to a growing commercial and lifestyle ecosystem in the western part of the city, alongside facilities like the “M bank arena” sports complex and “Gan Sports Center.” The “UG Park” project, also planned for 2026, will further enhance the area by integrating commerce, services, sports, education, and healthcare. Developers anticipate the area will become a new focal point within the capital city, offering residents convenient access to quality products and modern shopping experiences.
