A twelve-hectare area in Jičín, eastern Czech Republic, is undergoing significant transformation from a meadow into a major public park. Located near the Cidliny River, in the Nové Město district, the park is poised to become one of the largest recreational spaces in the region. Construction is currently underway, with the park expected to offer a variety of amenities for residents and visitors. Plans include a central cycling path, providing connectivity throughout the space. Additionally, the park will feature a dedicated sledding hill for winter fun, alongside a skatepark and pumptrack for action sports enthusiasts. The project aims to enhance leisure opportunities and community well-being in Jičín.
