Muhammadiyah University Malang (UMM) in East Java, Indonesia, has allocated 14 hectares of land for the construction of an infusion manufacturing plant operated by PT Suryavena Farma Indonesia. The facility, located in Karangploso, Malang Regency, is slated to begin operations in 2027. This development signifies an expansion of domestic pharmaceutical production capabilities. UMM is providing the land to facilitate the plant’s construction, supporting the growth of the Indonesian healthcare sector. PT Suryavena Farma Indonesia aims to increase the national supply of essential medical fluids with this new facility. The project represents a collaboration between a leading university and a pharmaceutical company to bolster healthcare infrastructure.
