Morocco’s Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, has announced plans for this year’s summer camp season. The program builds upon previous successes, aiming to broaden access for young people across the country. Key priorities include improving the quality of camp offerings, strengthening safety and health protocols, and enhancing supervision. Special attention will be given to regional equity, encouraging girls’ participation, and including children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The initiative seeks to provide a wider range of youth with enriching summer experiences. Details of the program’s geographical distribution – the “map of the camping season” – were also presented.
