Moroccan authorities have intercepted 148 migrants, predominantly from sub-Saharan Africa, attempting to enter the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. The migrants reportedly tried to cross from Castillejos into Ceuta illegally. This interception highlights ongoing challenges related to migration flows between Morocco and Spain. The operation was carried out by Moroccan security forces, demonstrating cooperation—and sometimes tension—between the two countries on border control.
