SOGEA Maroc has been awarded a 945 million Moroccan Dirham (approximately $93 million USD) contract to construct the future Casa Sud train station in Casablanca. The station will serve as a key connection point for the new high-speed rail line (LGV) currently under development. Located at the intersection of Boulevard Roudani, the El Jadida road, and the urban highway, the station will span over 21,980 square meters. The project is integrated with the larger Nassim urban development plan. This win marks a significant achievement for SOGEA Maroc in the Moroccan infrastructure sector. The new station aims to improve transportation links within Casablanca and facilitate access to the high-speed rail network. Construction is expected to begin shortly, with a completion date yet to be announced.
