Morocco’s men’s and women’s beach volleyball teams have secured qualification for the African Championships. They achieved this by winning the qualifying tournament for Zone One, which concluded Sunday in Kelibia, Tunisia. The competition included teams from Tunisia, Algeria, Libya (men’s) and Algeria (women’s), alongside Morocco. The Moroccan duo Azhari/El Ghrouti were victorious in the men’s category, leading their team to the championship. This win marks a significant achievement for Moroccan beach volleyball, demonstrating the country’s growing strength in the sport. The teams will now advance to represent Morocco at the African Championships.
