Mongolia’s national university entrance exams will commence tomorrow at 10:00 AM with a history examination. A total of 49,014 students have registered to take the exams this year. Testing times vary by subject, with math, chemistry, and physics exams allotted 100 minutes, while other subjects—including Mongolian language, English, social studies, geography, biology, history, and Russian—will have 80 minutes. The National Assessment Center advises students to arrive at testing centers one hour prior to their scheduled exam time and to be seated in their assigned classrooms ten minutes beforehand. Students arriving late will not be permitted to take the exam, according to the Center. These exams are a crucial step for students seeking higher education opportunities within the country.
