Mongolia will host Foodex Mongolia 2026, an international food and beverage exhibition, from September 4-6, 2026, at the Misheel Expo Center. The event aims to consolidate the nation’s food industry, fostering collaboration and showcasing new products and technologies. According to Z. Otgondulam, Director of Expo Mongolia LLC, the exhibition will gather organizations from food production, packaging, equipment, and related services. Mongolia’s food sector has experienced significant growth in recent years, with producers increasingly focusing on quality, safety, and branding. Consumer demand is shifting towards healthier, organic, and sustainably produced goods, requiring companies to invest in information, experience, and new technologies. Foodex Mongolia 2026 seeks to facilitate business partnerships, introduce innovations, and define development trends within the sector.
