The Australian Smart School of Ulaanbaatar (ASSU) has reached 97% enrollment for the 2026-2027 academic year, marking a significant milestone for the school. ASSU is the first in Mongolia to implement a Western Australian educational program, offering students a curriculum aligned with both national standards and internationally recognized qualifications. The school’s program, based on the Western Australian School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) framework, emphasizes practical application of knowledge and development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Students study core subjects like mathematics, English, science, humanities, and arts, tailored to their age and progress. Graduates receive both a Mongolian full secondary education certificate and the internationally recognized WACE (Western Australian Certificate of Education), enhancing their opportunities for university admission worldwide, particularly in countries like the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia with potential scholarship prospects.
