The Presidential Office has announced the first 420 students selected for the “Message-2100” scholarship program, aimed at providing opportunities for talented graduates from across Mongolia. One top student was chosen from each district and sum (sub-district) totaling 330 sums and districts nationally. The selection process utilized national exam results and was independently verified by educational authorities to ensure fairness. These students will undergo preparatory training at state universities, focusing on academic subjects and foreign languages. Successful completion of the preparatory program will qualify them for study at prestigious international universities, determined by academic performance. Universities will contact the selected students to provide guidance and further information about the preparatory courses.
