TDB representatives focused on AI’s role in enhancing customer service, improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and bolstering the bank’s future competitiveness. Key areas of interest included AI in banking, data governance, information security, and practical AI applications within the financial industry. The bank views AI as a strategic priority for future growth and development.
