The Electoral Observation Mission (MOE) has released its first report regarding the presidential run-off election. The organization's findings are based on a comprehensive deployment across the country. This monitoring effort was carried out through 34 regional coordinations. These coordinations spanned 31 different departments to ensure broad coverage. The report aims to provide an initial assessment of the electoral process. By analyzing the data from these regions, the MOE evaluates the conduct of the voting day. This systematic approach allows for a detailed overview of the electoral landscape.
