The project was a collaboration between a father, Vladimír, and his son, Martin, who intends to use the house as a family retreat. Despite its design resembling traditional Alpine styles, the home is actually inspired by simple Finnish elegance. While not currently for sale, the property has garnered attention from real estate agencies due to its unique design and potential as an investment. Martin’s work commitments currently prevent him from residing there full-time, but he hopes to spend more time at the property in the future. The building successfully combines comfortable family living with a considered financial investment.
