The Moroccan Ministry of Justice organized an international symposium in Casablanca focusing on national and international mediation. The event was held in partnership with the National Business Climate Committee and supported by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). The conference, titled "National and International Mediation: Intersecting Perspectives on Institutional and Sectoral Dynamics," brought together a diverse group of participants. Attendees included government officials, legal experts, practitioners, and representatives from specialized national and international institutions. The discussions centered on mediation, arbitration, and various methods of dispute resolution. This initiative reflects a strategic effort to integrate mediation as a fundamental pillar of a modern judicial system.
