Czech cyclist Mathias Vacek secured a fourth-place finish in the recent time trial stage of the Tour de Suisse. This strong performance allowed him to move up to third place in the overall general classification. The stage, which spanned 23.7 km in Aarburg, was won by the dominant Tadej Pogačar. Vacek finished the course just eleven seconds behind the four-time Tour de France winner. Pogačar further solidified his lead in the competition with this victory. Vacek now holds a podium position heading into the final stage on Sunday. The race concludes with one remaining day of competition.
