A court in Dhaka has granted a five-day remand for Mohammad Mohibullah Mubin, 26, who was arrested for attempting to penetrate the security perimeter surrounding the Prime Minister in Tejgaon, Dhaka. The arrest stems from a case filed under anti-terrorism laws following the incident where Mubin allegedly entered the Prime Minister’s motorcade. The remand was approved following an application by SI Md. Asadur Rahman of Tejgaon Police Station, the investigating officer in the case. The incident occurred on Monday, September 7th. This case is separate from a previous appeal in the Ahsanullah Master murder case, with a ruling expected any day. Further details of the investigation are pending.
