Lotte Construction has successfully secured 350 billion Korean won (approximately $265 million USD) in project financing for the redevelopment of the Homeplus Dongdaemun site in Seoul. The financing, a core Project Finance (PF) deal, will fund the construction of a mixed-use complex on the site of the former Homeplus store. This project involves transforming the existing retail space into a comprehensive residential and commercial development. The deal signifies continued investment in urban regeneration within Seoul.
