Ben Crabbé, the beloved host of the long-running Belgian quiz show *Blokken*, will retire in June 2027 after 33 years. Crabbé has hosted over 7,000 episodes of the daily program, which began in 1994 and has become an iconic part of Flemish television. The show features two contestants competing by answering questions and filling a grid to score points. During his tenure, Crabbé presented 6,840 episodes, welcomed 8,900 contestants, and posed 240,000 quiz questions. The VRT, Belgium’s public broadcaster, expressed gratitude for Crabbé’s dedication.
