A 69-year-old woman was discovered unconscious in the sea in Pieria. Lifeguards acted quickly to rescue her from the water. Upon recovery, medical personnel performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to stabilize her. She was initially transported to the Litochoro Health Center for emergency care. Following initial treatment, she was transferred to the hospital in Katerini for further medical attention. The rescue operation ensured the victim received immediate life-saving interventions. Local emergency services coordinated the transport between the health facilities.
